DIASEMI uses MPCVD to grow high-quality diamonds and is equipped with an ingenious plasma polish technique. 

Single-crystalline can be up to 25*25mm, and polycrystals up to 150mm in diameter. 

Single-crystalline thermal conductivity is 1500-2200 W/mk, and polycrystalline is 1200-2000 W/mk. 

Polished surfaces have roughness <10nm, thickness deviation <30 µm, warp <20 µm, and bow <20 µm. Custom sizes and shapes are available to meet specific needs.
